No compelling characters or story. Almost no redeeming qualities. Can’t believe I’m saying this but it made me miss Kirito

Henry Thurlow greatness

This episode was amazing and I’m so glad I was wrong. How it expanded on the manga material (especially the ending sequence) was all superb. Henry Thurlow and Tu Yong-ce really knocked it out of the park with one of the best animated scenes in the entire anime. 10/10
