Guys today is my birthday and 6 years clean from heroin AND its a momon monday

I feel really bad cause I had my car accident the day after my last counsellor appointment and I didnt work on anything cause I was a mess :cccc i felt guity this time

At least ive gone from using heroin to try to deal with my emotional issues to drinking a choccy milk or candy and cuddling a stuffed animal. It works better overall and is cheaper and at least I can be proud of the progress ive made there. My paci can also slow my racing mind.
