I've only ever seen this described as a wizard or a mob boss (which people usually lament is kind of vaguely designed/does not fit the witch theme murkrow has, respectively)... but like, is it NOT a puritan witch trial judge with a capotain/cravat/glasses/"to the gallows" pose??
