When you support me, your money goes directly to artists. Usually Klusten, but I also work with others when I see something I like or want a particular style.
You can tell because every image has a credit that links directly to their page.
So how can we improve it's design? Firstly, lean into it's "machine of war" lore. Fuck the legs-- give it TANK TREADS. And if it's whole schtick is sticking people, why give it two hands? Let's swap a hand for a long, nasty spear.
Here's a WIP from my artist:
This is the Cadaver Collector-- a construct that goes about battlefields, picking up corpses and well... sticking them to itself for protection (and to terrify its foes, of course). It's a horrifying idea, but it's 5e design is a bit... uninspired. It's just a spikey robot.
I love that #dnd demons are all animalistic, juxtaposing against the humanistic devils.
There's pig demons, crab demons, frog demons, bird demons, dog-demons...
PERSONALLY I think we need more underwater themed demons though. Like a shark demon.
What animal would you demonize?
@LostHavenArt Not only do *I* love the commission you did for me, my entire party has fallen in love with the character ever since they saw it. Izogg is just too frickin' cute, and you made him that way.
The thing I'm MOST excited for about #Spelljammer --
Going to a plane of existence that isn't just earth or hell.
Seriously, give me modrons, mindflayers, giffs, giths, and HUGE fucking monsters like this chonky boi
AHHH!! My art commission came in for Izogg Stormclaw-- my lil Kobold! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
(He's convinced he's a baby dragon, hence too young to drink, and thus the milk he's currently blowing bubbles out of)
By the wonderfully talented @LostHavenArt !
@BebopTabletop HAH this reminds me of a campaign I had where the Fey had invented carbonated fizzy drinks.
After all, if anyone was going to invent a soda, it should be a Sprite.
