2. Jessica Drew #SpiderWoman - Jessica's rights are tied up btw Disney & Sony. Disney can use Jess without her powers, but Sony can use Jess as Spider-Woman at least to my understanding. Of course, this data is very old & absolutely could have changed even recently.
