I've been tinkering with AssetStudio for LoR all day, so here's this asset from Caitlyn's path of champs comic I extracted

Nilah nerfs:
* Q AD ratio changed from 80% - 160% to 90% - 130%
* Q AoE damage now reduced to 10% against monsters
* R AD ratio per tick reduced from 50% bAD to 35%
* R last tick AD ratio reduced from 200% bAD to 120%
* R healing reduced to 10% against non champs

Master Yi changes:
* Q has a reposition indicator
* W tenacity removed from last iteration
* W damage reduction is now increased to 90% for the first 0.5 seconds then decays to the standard 60% - 70%
* W damage reduction linger increased from 0.25 seconds to 0.5

Katarina buffs:
* P AP ratio increased from 55% - 88% to 65% - 95%
* Q damage increased from 75 - 195 +30% AP to 80 - 200 +35% AP
* R on-hit modifier increased from 28% - 35% to 30% - 40%
* R physical damage increased (complicated AS and AD calculations)

Gwen changes: (READ EVERYTHING)
* P AP ratio reduced from 8% per 100 AP to 6%
* Q base damage per snip increased from 9 - 21 to 10 - 26
* Q final snipe damage increased from 45 - 105 +25% AP to 60 - 120 +35% AP
* Q sweetspot true damage reduced from 100% to 75%
