Guess I better get this out of the way. @Subject1vely went about making some starter Pokemon and I felt motivated on the water starter. Gonna add some descriptions below.

I like to design monsters for transformations, but I usually fall into camp B. Been wanting to try A more. But I wanted to see how I would design them, based on the same character.
