I wanted to draw a PS5 monster, too. In fact, I kinda wanna draw other, different versions. Or flesh this one out. #PS5

Guess I better get this out of the way. @Subject1vely went about making some starter Pokemon and I felt motivated on the water starter. Gonna add some descriptions below.
