Who is such a stupid fucking concept, design, fight AND he's even based on a pun.
Going by computer standards that means his dumb idiot face underflows (via the apocryphal Nuclear Gandhi bug) & turns into a 10/10 Mega Man boss.

The stupid dumb idiots, Prometheus, Childre Inarabitta, Zero and Komuso Man are somewhere in the equation too to varying degrees. They're dorks. I love 'em.
Honorable mentions go to Gate, who deserved to be in a better game, and Chill Penguin, Cyber Peacock and Lurerre who are some of my favourite bosses from a design perspective in the series.
Vile kinda takes top billing for sheer "Vengeful idiot who looks cool" the 90's kid in me finds uh.. cool.

Episode Zero comes highly recommended tbh. Hope some folks seeing it for the first time pick it up.
During the PC downtime, and since my crappy laptop is still able to run the Mega Man Legacy Collections, I've been binge playing a large swath of the games again.
God I love this series.
