Instead of redesigning him, I decided to just make Ocean into a 10ft tall Jellipudge Sheepdog/Polar Bear hybrid. That way, his towering height, massive belly, and camouflaged ears will make sense.

I think I'm gonna give PSI-N blinding bangs and have the mohawk he's currently sporting be how his hair would look whenever he goes full-on Psychic Mode.
