My submission for the @EtikaZine. It's Etika in the second Opening from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure! One of Etika's streams where he watched this Jojo part really stuck with me. I always felt so comfortable in his streams. I love you Etika. Rest in peace 🖤

In conclussion, I like this game a lot! It was refreshing to finally play the Dreamcast version and I enjoyed it much more than I expected. I appreciate this game SO much for all it was trying to do. Replaying it has made me very eager to see it being remastered someday ❤️

I hate that they decided to use Open Your Heart in the first phase and that one dramatic song in the second phase. It makes the final battle lose all impact. The boss itself is ok. I like the concept of building up speed. Unfortunately collission wasn't very nice to me here.

My favourite.... Gamma. MUCH better controls than the mechs in SA2, Gamma is actually nice to control! His story is so well done, especially for this game's time. I appreciate this character so much. His levels make good use of his abilities, too. My favourite story by far.

I hear you think "Big isn't your least favourite to play???" and the answer is yes, that's right. I actually like Big, a lot. Catching Froggy is very easy once you understand the controls, and Big's story is just funny as heck. Everything combined his story is very entertaining.

Amy's controls are absolutely horrendous. But her level design makes up for it. There are some really cool horror-esque settings in her stages, especially Twinkle Park. Very fitting music there. Out of all characters though, I think she's my least favourite to play.

Knuckles' levels are in my opinion the most consistent and are all very good. They make good uses of Knuckles' abilities and with the better Treasure Hunting system in this game, none of his levels feel like a chore as they did in SA2. I liked Knuckles' story a lot!!

Tails is a character you shouldn't play immediately after Sonic, because their levels are too similiar. Because of that Tails's story can get repetitive. His levels however are really good, and they are much more consistent in quality. I like them! Also his flight is OP :)
