Here's my reject CAP 29 Submission! A Dark/Poison blanket octopus countess 'mon. Our ability was Color Change, so I figured she'd change the color of her "gown" to something more suitable during battle.

Sweeptzu & Janiterrier, both pure normal-type mons. Janiterrier isn't part water because it can't actually produce water, it's just really good at absorbing it. #fakemon
