I just can't understand anyone whose favorite #TheHighRepublic character isn't Vernestra "Don't Call Me Vern" Rwoh. She works on so many levels that all translate to a real-world understanding it's crazy. She's maybe the most "us" character in #StarWars ever. @justinaireland
Today is just one of those days I guess where my TBR only grows…

I promised myself that I wasn't going to read any 2022 books just yet. Well, looks like I'm breaking that promise this week. Not sorry.

"Perfect for fans of Aurora Rising, The Hunger Games, and Three Dark Crowns, this electrifying duology closer is jam-packed with tension and thrills that will hook readers from its first page."
It's also perfect for fans of Crownchasers!

Read these three books the last couple of days. All three are different in tone, character, premise, you name it, but they all have one indelible quality, courage in the face of adversity and prejudice through youthful eyes and expression. The kids are alright.
I'm reading "Huda F Are You?" by @yesimhotinthis and while I knew for certain I would laugh, giggle, and spit out my coffee, I wasn't expecting to cry a little. It's a beautiful fucking story about Huda and her family. I would hug Huda's mom if given the chance! #HudaFAreYou
There's some great middle grade releases today, here's two that I enjoyed thoroughly. "Forever this Summer" by #LeslieCYoungblood and "Josephine Against the Sea" by @shakirahwrites! #bookreleaseday

“In this raw, searingly honest debut young adult novel, a former aspiring ballerina must confront her past in order to move forward from a devastating fall that leaves her without the use of her legs.”
Oh my!

But seriously, bit of a moth craze going on or what? I mean, I'm here for it, but what's up? Did I miss something? Is it the Gypsy moth thingy? #Moth
