i [18nb] started my freshman year of college & met this gorgeous guy [18] who writes me poems. he inspired me to animate my own gay fairytale for class but hasn’t told me how he feels. i really wanna kiss him (among other things😈) but idk if i deserve love. wait, am i in love? https://t.co/CuNMpOOPdS

i didn't go to yallfest, i went to "the @claribel_ortega confidence boot camp" & i emerged fully believing my next book AND THEY LIVED... is the greatest book to ever(!) be written & y'all should DEFINITELY preorder it bc gays deserve happily ever after!

i finished my final pass pages for AND THEY LIVED… and i can happily report that it choked me up. multiple times.
