Hawks and Ryusui really took their own respective mangas by storm when they were introduced. Hori and Inagaki were in their bag when they made these two. Scary how characters introduced much later in a story can rival or surpass characters that have been there from the start.
Interesting how Dr. Xeno and Stan are basically an antithesis to Senku and Taiju. Brains and brawns meets brains and brawns. Hopefully we see more of the Senku and Taiju dynamic this arc.
Akira Okubo really needs to make a return in Jump one day. Even though Samurai 8 was a mess most of the time, the art this dude pumped out got better significantly. This spread is still fire to this day.
Imagine if when Shigaraki wakes up he gives all the pro heroes at the hospital hallucinations of death. Would be a nice call back to 1A squad’s reaction to All for One’s entrance.
