Another Victorian/steampunk Gilda. That walking stick with the bison horn and stone tip would be her weapon for fighting aliens and cyborgs. For some reason, it feels just in character for her. The dress would maybe poison her, though. #WIP #GildaGrime https://t.co/oVesEHndzV
Victiorian Gilda! Because the Old West idea was too funny to pass up. And also April’s attempt at a prank would definitely be giving Gilda the opportunity to “dress like it’s ‘87”, and not tell her she means 1887 and not 1987. XD #WIP #GildaGrime
So... did anyone else notice that two Blossoms are trending right now? Is today the day of Blossom?
Happy 21st anniversary to @DeviantArt, the site home to the vast majority of shitty fanart on the internet, and the place where many of us in the Twitter animation community began our online presence.
#WIP time!
I thought about drawing Gilda in a baile folklorico dress, but then I thought it’d be a bad idea to draw a non-Hispanic character in a traditionally Hispanic outfit. So I drew her in a more ethnically-appropriate tarantella outfit instead.
@KnightKiwiii Ah, yes, I know Princess Knight. It was a manga and anime created by Osamu Tezuka, the same guy who created Astro Boy and Kimba the White Lion.
...we're talking about a different Princess Knight, aren't we? XD
