Friday Fauna is here again. Dunkenny's scribes are often moles, because they're naturally used to being underground working with their claws. Letterlenders typically help other animals draft documents, write down oaths, and form charters for new guilds. They also write memoirs!

The Mappers guild formed in the middle of the Boar War, when more then ever there was a need to understand the layout of the Bristly Woods. Before the war, mappers were independent. They (still) regularly disagree about the right formats to use.
