A while ago I mentioned how I wished 40k had any sense of hope in its stories in the way AoS has throughout its lore. Being a staunch Dark Angel player I managed to miss that which I had been seeking.

I didn't realize what Yvarine meant to the Aeldari race until today.

Looking forward to getting my Dark Angels on the table soon, but really want to create an army narrative in order to have a bit more investment. While narrative comes easy in AoS for me I am struggling with where to begin for 40k.

Any advice out there?

Doing some rough tests for my Lumineth color scheme (in the style of @CV_Consigliere bu using old High Elf models). Feeling good with everything except the red. Might shift it a bit more to purple.

Also need to play more with contrast to smooth it out.
