They say that "every hero is as good as its villain", and I think that The Dapper MadHatter himself: Ace, fits this description.

He's also kinda naive and ignorant to modern-day norms (y'know because he grew up the woods, sorta like goku in a sense), implying that under all that bad-assery is actually an innocent softy.

He's a fierce warrior that only fights if necessary (he's a pacifist like that), he has a very samoan islander charm to him, in that he's very protective, friendly, and honorable to everyone he knows or meets.

Also if you hadn't noticed, I based his color pallette off of watermelons, just to further imply the tropical look, it's also in his character since he only eats fruits.

Whenever stride, skip, or anyone else needs a hand, pivot will be there, she's a team player that'll always have your back no matter what.

And because her personality is loosely based after Nights and Shantae, that means she's very sassy, playful, and spunky, her cockiness can even rival strides.

Speaking of which, this whole time I've listed all the things that make stride and skip different, but funny enough, they actually have a sort of extroverted older brother and introverted little brother dynamic.

Skip is a thalassophile (someone who loves the sea), who lives on a beach. I designed him to basically be the opposite of pretty much everything stride is, both in looks and personality.

He has a very hyperactive, yet laid back personality, he just goes with the flow with whatever life throws at him, and it seems like there's almost nothing he can't do if puts his mind to it.
