It is the 60th anniversary of Tatsunoko Productions. The company behind classic animes like Gatchman, Tekkaman, and Hurricane Polymar. Personally, my favorite Tatsunoko character is Doronjo from Yatterman. Congrats on 60yrs of great anime, and I'm looking forward to next 60.

I can’t recommend the new George Carlin documentary enough! It’s a fascinating look into his life, and it’s truly inspiring if you’re a creative person. And as somebody who watched every special after “Back in Town” live, it was great to see a New Carlin special on HBO.

This was the image that got me into anime! I saw this Shirow poster in a videostore in the 90s and it blew my mind. I instantly became obsessed with everything anime! Every piece of art I do is my attempt to recapture the feeling I felt when I first saw this poster.
