Damaius is among few I'd say is best captured by a pure *doom and destruction* theme.
When my players first 'encountered' him (actually the lord of another house, magically disguised as him to evoke terror), I went with "Final Reckoning" by Q-Factory. 6/

NPC Vaermina gets "A Beautiful Song" from Nier Automata. The mighty warlock is consumed by the desire to become 'perfect' – a perfect Aktaroth lord, a perfect imitation of a devil.
The song's source is a boss battle against a machine obsessed with becoming more beautiful. 3/
I'm Fran, and I'm working on original content for #dnd5e! Storyteller, artist, rules encyclopedia, lore nerd, and a critical thinker bringing some unique perspective to the table.
Creator of the Aktaroth Coven, a richly crafted Asmodean cult with more to it than meets the eye.
@HottingerLauren @IntelCheckDnD Hi, I'm Fran and I'm a player and DM doing... a variety of things 😅 but mostly character art, homebrew, and worldbuilding related to my #dnd5e campaign. I might also occasionally put together comics!
I just remembered the time I was designing my first ever dungeon and I was like "I want to try making my own maps!"

Same sword ⚔️
DM @CritCatastrophe surprised me by incorporating it based on my Damaius art; back when we found it in game, I was told Niko recognized it as his from long ago.
So that's how Niko acquired her evil warlock dad's +2 longsword, and then got it silvered out of spite 😆
@ninawolverina Hi, I'm Kurouga! D&D player/DM doing art and homebrew for a spooky Asmodean cult for my campaign. My players joke that all I know how to draw is tieflings 😅
New to twitter, trying to improve my art all the time, and once in a blue moon I might spit out a comic!
