5. I started back in 2009, with True Remembrance, of all things, as my introduction to the genre.
3. I've always been weirdly drawn to the whole "ill girl" archetype, and I don't know why. I guess I just really like the tragic nature of it, whether they get a miracle at the end or not. It's like... making the most of the time they have?
2. This probably seems like a very left-field choice, but Koyuki's route in Close To hit me pretty hard last year. The rest of the game was mostly average, but I loved the bittersweet nature of both of her endings.
Same goes for Kimikiss, actually, LOL. It came out at the exact moment I was getting into dating sim/VN-type stuff, so the art and premise looked nice.

More red text about liking girls while being vaguely creepy I guess. Kasumi is the villain, I'm calling it
I started this doujin yuri game I stumbled onto on VNDB. Apparently it's a horror game, but the first line to be written in red instead of white is... this???
3. This one is tough, but it's weird to think that I wasn't even the same age as Mitsuki's normal form when I first read/watched Full Moon wo Sagashite, but now I'm almost 7 years older than her "adult" form. She's still a character I hold VERY close to my heart.
