Decided to redesign Varak (now called Decay. Varak is his last name because it sounds too similar to Raak, the ghost).

Raak wasn't scary enough and looked too much like some sort of ghost dragon. I wanted him to look more like an undefined specie. It's very hard to come up with an original design without leaning towards something you know.
