Local cow whale got a revamp aka I wanted to make Donovan cuter and give him more of a cow look to go with the whale <3 He can still switch between his land and sea forms but he has little hooves now and the tip of his tail is just naked now. I really love this redesign tbh.

I meant for this to be a more simple drawing for tonight but I wound up spending about 3 hours on it correcting stuff from the sketch and working on them hands. But have a Nathan doing cute things because tbh right about now it really feels nice to have some positivity.
