I was noticing a lot of talk about “final villains” a bit ago, and Bakugo obviously comes up a lot in this discussion. He’s one of the main characters and has no real villain that's solely “his”
But tbh, I don't think Bakugo ever needed a final villain...
Before, a character gets injured and that sticks and is long lasting. A character dies and that sticks and is impactful.
But now, even throughout all of act 3, it feels like everything happening to these characters has no actual weight because injuries don’t really matter
Death sticks in MHA and so far every death (that matters) has lasted and been impactful. Nighteye and Twice are the only two real examples we have, but those two examples are key to understanding how this series deals with death
