It wasn't a mistake that the 2nd looks like Bakugo - obviously, he isn't Bakugo at all but the appearance is there as visual juxtaposition for the Deku reaching out to Bakugo scene in the beginning of the series. It's so nice to see this motif be consistent in the series

One of my favorite parallels in the entire series has to be this - reaching your hand out to save someone - even if that person is an enemy at the time
