@jdubtheone With the "Sonic is supposed to be both cool and cute" mentality, i always thought Ohshima's rendition of modern Sonic weirdly facinating, don't know why. iirc Yuji Naka himself seemed to want Sonic to be more cool than cute, i don't really know Ohshima's angle, though.
@jdubtheone I also think the very early Uekawa artwork for Sonic was also pretty cute, much cooler than he is cute though, in-game from afar, his Dreamcast model looked pretty cute too.
