Woke up with cramps, sore shoulders and twisted back. Feels like a disc slip but thank goodness my IBS seems to have slowed down. Gonna try regaining my energy this morning but looks like a sleepy day.

#IBS is not being my friend today.

I don't feel unwell, its how hard the cramps are hitting me today. :( Lots of bad spasms so i'm kinda bed-bound. Feeling rubbish so ArtFight might be on pause today. :(

I have a love hate thing with watching Bojack.
I feel so connected to a lot of what goes on, at times it really hurts. Much as I love watching it, it reminds me of the people in my life. Bojack is a huge mirror being held up n my face. Whether its good or bad, I dunno.
