I'm building a separate art twitter (@PlanetTaffy) but I don't think it's going to take off, so all my art is going to be on my main blog for the foreseeable future. 10k followers feels a bit of a grand goal, but I'd like to break 1k some day.

I defeated my arch-nemesis (simple shaped characters) this morning. It was surprisingly fun. Naturally I presented them in the reverse order that I drew them.

Another attack for #artfight. I went with an alternate costume because I was worried the long skirt would make the pose difficult to read. I'm at least 60% okay with how this one turned out.

Lmao. There's a 0% chance I'm going to finish this out painting style since I don't know how to paint fabric, but I like how it looks.

One day I'll evolve to the point where I can paint a whole piece and not just parts.

Second attack for #artfight ! I might use colorize more in the future to do quick colors; I think it's a little more dynamic than slapping flats and one-color shading down.

First attack for #artfight this year! Drawing the water as it went back towards the horizon was a unique challenge... and by unique I mean: boy do I not want to draw the water's surface ever again.

June's contributions to my goal! I was able to defeat both the Tier 1 boss (Megami) and the Tier 3 mini-boss (Hiromi)~~ Loops are pretty hard in this style.
