Mixing hard and soft lights and shadows make such a huge difference. I'm really happy with the eyes too. Note to self:Add hair clip lol

Finished the lineart using the vector layer and G-Pen. The vector eraser is a godsend.
I also began placing the base colors.
Oh, I also finished the eyes and lowered the eyebrows because they were kinda too high.
