Nice, clear, limited palette, distinct visuals. The black outlines would be nice to dispose of, or made bolder, but... this is a really sweet flag within the boundaries of 'most of these flags are bad.'

Pangnirtung, Pangniqtuuq / ᐸᖕᓂᖅᑑᖅ. It's a nice piece of art, again, and there's even some limited colour palette - the water and the sky are the same colour.

Igloolik, Iglulik / ᐃᒡᓗᓕᒃ. This is pretty nice art, even if all the detail would get lost at flag resolution. But it's honestly a nice image.

PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND has just a dogshit provincial flag. Like seriously, what the fuck. It's somehow got two terrible flags, both, on its flag, with a boxed border. What the fuck, PEI.
