Chuuya never let anyone touch his hand as his body reminded someone took it to hurt him,and he rejected his name Nakahara since it was the code of his experiments,then Dazai soothed his insecurity reaching for his hand as a sign of trust and calling his name like the human he was

They purely offered to their partner the preciosite of the existence,Chuuya didnt feel human as Arahabaki was making him look like a beast and Dazai proved his beautiful humanity,Dazai didnt feel alive as he wanted to end his boring life and Chuuya showed him it was worth living

Dazai's sleeping face is so peaceful and calm despite the chaos around him because he knows perfectly through his slumber that Chuuya is coming for him as his whole plan is only based on his entire blind trust for his partner,no word is needed as their souls are resounding as one

In SB it was revealed Chuuya was still half conscious under Corruption and watched everything even if he couldn't move his body at the mercy of Arahabaki,and his soul bond with Dazai was so far beyond any control of the God he screamed his name calling the only person in his mind

Just looking at the way teenage Dazai was holding this bandage linking him to Chuuya from now and forever and the way as adult he was holding Chuuya's wrist when he saved him from Corruption,the touch seems as soft and delicate,always taking carefully in his hand what is precious
