Red is the color of Corruption and Blue the color of No Longer Human,the main opposite symbolism of red are Blood and Love,for blue these are Depression and Serenity,there is a part of sadness/happiness in both,they are differents yet complementary,like Dazai and Chuuya~

And when Dazai laughed so heartily at Chuuya acting as a little rich girl,he was crying tears of happiness watching the scene and these are the kind of emotions he never showed to anyone else,he was laughing incontrollably and it was such a heartwarming childish moment➡️

In Storm Bringer Dazai's heart was beating fast when he told worried to Chuuya if he used Corruption he would never know if he was truly human,he was so stressed he left quickly because he knew he was going to let out all his caring feelings for Chuuya being too close➡️

To finish it's always important to point out that even if Mori is not flawless he sincerily cares for Yokohama and his Port Mafia family,by making Chuuya use Arahabaki to save people he helps him feel human,and by making Dazai saves Chuuya,he makes him feel human as well

And Chuuya was the one carrying gently Kyusaku on his back while he could have treated them like a potatoe bag,yet he couldnt bring himself to be mean to this sad kid,even when he held them back to Kouyou you could see how much Chuuya was like a big brother to Kyusaku➡️

It's a link of causes and consequences,Dazai is lazy in purpose to hide his intentions while he keeps thinking,Chuuya is naturally angry and will destroy everything to make the plan works,Dazai does the talk,Chuuya does the fight,intelligence/power,the fuel of their bond

The most beautiful in 16/22 Dead Apple is the way Chuuya was so angry because he lost his friends and so hurt by Corruption only to save Dazai,yet Dazai was so simply calm and soft,knowing a cheek caress and a lap cuddle was all the tenderness Chuuya needed to be soothed
