Working away on my counts as Triumph of St Katherine, where I wanted to tell a different story to the one GW version tells, but inspired by GW artwork
Really happy with how it's starting to come together now. What do folks think?

@Two_Thin_Coats Sisters of battle with movement trays/display stands that are as "full" as this.
I feel like the Triumph of St Katherine sets a scene that can be expanded across the whole army with various arcoflaggelants, penitents and missionaries in between the sisters themselves
@ThereIsOnlyJoe @_devianttactics It's the artworks fault! I want the army to evoke something like this, where it's not just the sisters for the full ensemble of penitents, redeemer,m missionaries and the rest of the pageant in one wave of religion.
Back on the conversion trail, relatively simple removal of the brazier held in hand and inserting a banner pole for my #AdeptaSoritas #SistersOfBattle Taking inspiration from the battle scene

Final statue made for my Triumph of Saint Katherine counts as, gonna go for the big one..
Taking inspiration from one of my favourite bits of artwork, I want to make something more akin to a battle scene than the funeral march.

So I love this piece of Sisters artwork, and decided to build my own Triumph mini instead of using the stock one.
Part of recreating it made me think ruined statues would be a great idea, so 3 hours on the printer made this. With another double the size on the way!

@JonScrivens @philkellywords @audibleuk You have fallen brother?
*cocks bolter*
Painting in daylight is weird, been such a long time since I did that.
Trying for a bright scheme inspired slightly by the new Hysh aelf artwork from today.
