Anna "Ani" Polar, Tai's childhood friend and a genius mechanic. helps build most of the gadgets and other inventions. A shy and tomboyish teenage girl with a very serious tone, she has a secret crush on Tai Z. Takara, but she tends to hide it from him.

Tai Z. Takara, a teenage delinquent who sprays graffitis, performs parkour, and a fan of shonen manga/anime, action films, and video games. He had stumbled upon a gift from his father that turns out to be a mystical power, allowing him to transform himself into a beast spirit.
