From chapter 2 of Death is the Only Ending for the Villainess
Gamefreak made a game called Giga Wrecker which has the protagonist, Reika Rekkeiji, losing her arm in the intro, replacing it with a mechanical one. Gameplay wise, the quality doesn't look too impressive, and it honestly reminds me a bit of some flash games on the internet.

Interesting to see that at least in the cover of the first volume Cleria is shown missing her limbs. It's a shame she regrows them with nanomachines.
