Turns out I didn't post this after I had finished it so here it is now -- one of my player's (@khaosbringer) characters from War for the Crown, Cerys Liviana. She's a paladin of Shelyn with the Bladed Brush archetype, and pretty much the only person in the party with no subtlety!

@The_Stuart_H Oh! One other person to cast if you wanted to really make this movie: Xin. It's Ben Kingsley. Always been Ben Kingsley. I thought that since I first saw his picture. He's not white, but that makes for a good contrast, I think, given what the Runelords did to his vision.

@The_Stuart_H I chose Milla Jovovich for Alaznist and here's why -- it's not really looks a lot like her, though I think she does resemble her. Milla Jovovich has this deep, intense stare that makes you think she might take a bite out of your neck if you make her mad. That's why I picked her.

I've decided that Jason Isaacs needs to play Xanderghul. He's way too good at the egotistical megalomaniac not to. If he brings the same energy he brought in Harry Potter and Star Trek? Spot fucking on.

In part of my research I learned that apparently, the appropriate Runelord can just... command the Swords of Sin to break and be destroyed.
