Taking a break from my Muses (only Euterpe is left to get a new sheet!) to draw Jack Frost. Tried drawing him a few times recently and he's only now really cooperating with me.
I gave her some pearls and some new shoes to call back to Josephine. I didn't want to go full banana skirt and compromised by making the skirt yellow this time around.
For her new sheet, I also wanted to make some references to Josephine Baker, who was not only a prominent black entertainer but a total badass.
Next Muse getting a new sheet is Terpsichore! I envisioned her being Aboriginal Australian. Their style of dance is so energetic and lovely.
