Tell me about your art shortcuts! I drew a moon years ago and have it saved as a png to drop in whenever I need one.
Egypt has one of the oldest written histories, and so much cool old technology. The Library of Alexandria was dedicated to the muses. I still liked the idea of some steampunk elements, a blending of the the future and the past. But I am really happy with her new design.
Back in college, one of my senior projects was re-designing the muses from Greek mythology. I went for a steampunk aesthetic for Clio, the muse of history, but for YEARS now I've thought, "Damn. I should have made her Egyptian."
