Shredder never appeared in TMNT 2007, but he did get an action figure. So here's my sketch of his toy based design with TMNT 2003 aesthetics (since the movie was mostly inspired by the show rather than the 90s movie trilogy)

A rather famous Mortal Kombat "joke" character. His official model is an abomination so I tried to make him actually look like a child, and not just a creepy mini Raiden. Meet Kidd Thunder!
