20 years ago today, Penguin Chat (successor of Experimental Penguins) was officially released in Flash 5. Penguin Chat's new features were emotes, chat balloons, depth sorting and throwing snowballs. Penguins were first introduced to the Penguin Band.
6 years ago today, the Waddle On Party started. It was Club Penguin's last / farewell Party. Penguins could answer trivia questions, fill out their memories page and most importantly finally tip that Iceberg.
11 years ago today, the Underwater Expedition started. The Island of Club Penguin started to tip on the left side of it, due to all the boxes of anvils that Rookie placed there. Also Member Penguins could enter the Underwater Maze and obtain the Submarine Suit at the end.
16 years ago today, the first Tour Guide Booth was set up at the Plaza. Penguins that were 45+ days old and were ban-less could take the Quiz and if you passed, you would become a Tour Guide, and were given the Tour Guide Hat.

14 years ago today, the Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force for the Nintendo DS was released in North America. Where Penguins took on the role as an EPF Secret Agent, completing Missions, Minigames, seeing some never before seen Rooms, and much more.
14 years ago today, the Card-Jitsu minigame was released. Penguins could finally train to be Ninjas, by defeating others and earning Belts. But to become a full Ninja, Penguins had to earn all of the Belts and defeat Sensei.
10 years ago today, Operation: Blackout started. Gary has been kidnapped by Herbert, so Agents must enter his Fortress, but while they are, others are being taken such as Dot, JPG. Agents must blow up the Fortress to save them and find out that Aunt Arctic is the EPF Director.
