The creators built their Agents with their cultural heritage as one of the core influences for their designs. Agents ranging from regions like Singapore, Thailand, and Vancouver, with representation for indigenous peoples, cultural mythologies, and physical/mental disabilities.

I partly expected to see mostly self-inserts, or generic "edgy cool guy" characters, given the cyberpunk influences that VALORANT took inspiration from for its creation. That assumption couldn't have been more wrong! Each OC I was shown presented inspired and inclusive designs.
