@themightylayman & @DanBoultwoodEsq's CHU #1 from @ImageComics made me smile in spite of everything else going on right now.

Relatively speaking it's labour intensive but I feel like I might be able to manage something in the vein of this sort of woodcut feel to an acceptably consistent degree over an extended narrative.

Looking at them side by side, I feel like the over-fiddling today left the thing looking better than it did last night. not, you know, good--I might have had it for a second and then I went too far--but still better. I think.

X-MEN/FANTASTIC FOUR #4. A fairly simplistic ending with a ton of interesting story threads left hanging, hopefully for future use. What is Doom's ultimate plan? Will Franklin undergo X-MEN #7's brutal method of regaining lost mutant power? 1/

The winner this week is LOUD from @blackmaskstudio. As anyone who's read @boomstudios' FAITHLESS or HEARTBEAT already knows, Maria Llovet is an amazing artistic talent, and this book is cuh-RAZY. Worth checking out for the sound effects alone, IMO. https://t.co/OR9s3hFfsI
