If you look at Vulcanus, it reflects Tatsuya's lighter that was given to him by Jun. He will awaken into Vulcanus Prime if given the correct choices throughout the game.
This will be further evolved into "Ultimate" Personas, which reflect the "Awakened" sense of the characters.
