"Banished"
Wanted something a bit different than what I've been doing recently. Started off as a very rough sketch but I kept coming back to it for some reason.
My intentions for how a painting is meant to end up never comes to fruition. I wanted this to be a tighter painting than normal to try something a bit different, but this is cool too

I find it interesting how little the layout changed from beginning to end.
Last personal work for a while.
It's certainly not perfect, but I really like the result. Wish I could spend more time on it.

For now at least. Really hope I get to do more of these soon enough.
Some more rivers. They carry moisture too, so you end up with these livable areas near them, even in desert areas.
Managed to generate some plausible rivers. Since I don't have erosion, some rivers can technically flow uphill, but it's kept to a minimum. My first time implementing a djikstra map too, so that's fun.
