I'm a big fan of the pacing this show has and how unique the setting feels, the mecha designs are some of the best in my opinion and the ending got me good, also probably one of my favorite endings overall

Definitely one of the best things Tomino has ever mad, I didn't have much expectations going in because I thought I already watched his peak but nah this one is amazing and just kept me at the edge of my seat all the time
