Excellent baddies as they work as both petty and epic antagonists. Able to scale to a huge variety of narrative usages. They don't look out of place fighting Space Marines nor street gangsters.

CATHEDRAL Operatives, the basis for these guys were 'heroic' goons. Designs I could use as good guys, but also badguys (not spoilers) should I need to.
I think this is a good example of 'narrative utility' in creating characters. As they're inexpensive to draw as well.
