All the recent discussion about the #SonicMovie and whatnot has gotten me thinking of when Midnight and Laura were originally Sonic FCs. Honestly, I still like how they were drawn at the time and may just have to have it happen again for fun.

I decided to try some more pixel stuff over the weekend. I wanted to see a cute sketch @yoshierine did of Chaoshe a while back in color, so I made it my project. Decided to work at a much higher resolution than usual too. Really happy with how this came out!

@LunaBunaTuna You've done a lot since you first started. Look at how clean your line work and colors are now. It all looks wonderful. Heck, I still enjoy the pics of Chaoshi and Midnight/Laura you did so long ago.

Sure, I'll give this thing a try. I absolutely love my characters and always enjoy seeing how they may catch the attention of others with their stories and antics! Seeing as I consider Chaoshi and Midnight my two halves, I'm doing both!

Alas, not much writing as of late due to things (think it was something I made with Summer in it though haha). However, I did have the time to try some sprite stuff again!

As I said before, I wanted to return to this Isaac-style sprite stuff for fun. So tonight, here is Midnight 2.0.

I was looking through my collection of art that I have gotten over the years and even with them being in Sonic style (and as old as they are), I still really like how Midnight and Laura came out in these.
