So XDive had a second Monster Hunter Rise event just a month ago and I only found out about through searching fanart.
Definite shades of Absolute Zero from Command Mission here and...wait does Iris even have a weapon?

It's really nice seeing Shirow Miwa's art actually be in a project where it gets translated to 3D. The hair feels just like it was drawn by his pen and made 3D, and the lankier proportions + usage of bright and dark color contrast is 👌on HD models.

Summer 2022 became really, really stacked for me really quickly.

@truthblade01 @WhenFates In general I actually like a lot of them, but am a self-admitted uncanny valley fetishist who loves seen blatantly inhuman aspects pop into predominantly human designs.
The highly fanservicey ones are a distinct minority, but people would convince you Dahlia's all that exists.

A thought I had earlier today that got almost instantly shut down: "Oh if 3 Hopes is taking elements from pre- and post-skip designs I wonder what Felix will look lik--"

This is the most I've been hit since the January 2017 Switch event.
Which, wouldn't you know it, also had FEW and Xenoblade.

I'd say the Extra sidestory collection in Photonflowers is doing a pretty good job making up for the relative lack of chibis in Alternative.
