How do you express your anger?
It used to be long texts & yelling (in case of family) for me. Over the yrs, I've made it a point to not act on impulses when angry. Instead, I remove myself from the situation & process it through art or music or just self reflection.

Do you believe that we're leaning more towards the concept of +ve attitude being the miracle cure-all cuz as a society we're beat & sick of injustices & badly need sense of control, cuz the alternative would be to try & tackle real social issues, which is daunting af?
2008 vs 2021
On the left is my first ever photo-manipulation. I had just started playing around in PS. There were barely any tutorials at the time. Little did I know, this would lead to me being able to feed myself & my family through my art one day.
