Something I always appreciate in art is a character who wears shoes, socks, and a diaper, but no trousers or shorts or anything. It really hammers home that the character won't be putting anything on over their diaper, and that's a cute detail =3

Older Rosie's life at the diaper store isn't so bad, though she does occasionally have her own sitcom-like moments. At least her boss is understanding (so long as she cleans up after her goofs).
