Certain asylums are more than happy to oblige patients who want to wear their special 'canvas overcoats' for reasons other than punishment. Mouth gags requests aren't quite as usual, but whatever makes patients happy.

Something I always appreciate in art is a character who wears shoes, socks, and a diaper, but no trousers or shorts or anything. It really hammers home that the character won't be putting anything on over their diaper, and that's a cute detail =3

Older Rosie's life at the diaper store isn't so bad, though she does occasionally have her own sitcom-like moments. At least her boss is understanding (so long as she cleans up after her goofs).

No one can withstand their own mother when they get serious, least of all Sunny. She will complain and whinge and grumble, but will relent if Mum puts her foot down.
